TSDates Terms of Service: User Agreement & Legal Guidelines

By accessing or using the TSDates website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if TSDates has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
